Disaronno :: Top 11

Zac Rusagara

First off, we would like to thank everyone who submitted a solution to this brief. Even though Disaronno team couldn't find any digital and print ideas that were strong enough for them to go with and, ultimately only ended up choosing one idea - for TV - we were very pleased to see such a broad range of Ideas and want to thank you all for the effort, creativity and interesting thinking you poured into your submissions. Even though there were over 300 ideas submitted, the Disaronno team couldn't find any digital and print ideas that were strong enough for them to go with. Ultimately they only ended up choosing only  idea - for TV.

After an extensive review process the Disaronno team managed to narrow down more than 600 Ideas to a shortlist of 11. This was a very very difficult task considering all the great Ideas you all threw into the ring. Ultimately the 11 Ideas were narrowed down to a winning concept supplied by Kevin Baldwin - you can read an interview with Kevin winners here - congratulations dude! However we believe that the remaining 10 Ideas that made it into the Top 11 deserve a pat on the back too - your Silver and Bronze awards will be with you soon! Congratulations to all and we are looking forward to seeing you there in the top Ideas for the next brief!

Well done Kevin. What are the awards for the bronze and silver places?

Renata Lourenço on 05/12/2011

Good question, I'd like to know what are the awards for the bronze and silver places too.

richard harris on 06/12/2011

Certificates guys.

That's all. You have to print paper versions yourselves as well - IB could do a lot more for us really. (But I still love them)

Zac on 06/12/2011

Hey guys, Richard - Thanks for the love, always appreciate it!
As for the award, it is a Certificate with the client's signature, logo, and a message thanking you for you participation.

It's not just another random piece of paper, though. It's proof that out of all the ideas, yours was that close to winning. At IB we try and stay as green as possible, i.e. not printing things out unnecessarily. Also allows you to have a digital copy of your certificate to include it in your portfolio.

In Idea Bounty V2 we are doing a lot of upgrading and there will be a lot of cool new features. This is why in the past newsletter we asked you to make suggestions as to what new additions/features you'd like to see added/removed.

Once again thank you for your ongoing support. We will continue to try and do more for you guys!

Can we see some of these winning ideas?

Zac on 06/12/2011

Hi Karan,

As I mentioned in the previous reply on Kevin's interview, as soon as the idea is produced and ready for airing, we will ask the client to give us a copy so we can show it to you.

Thanks again for your support.

As a note Zac, the shortlist you published on facebook here [ https:www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=10150391333357203 ] and the shortlist you published on the site itself [http:www.ideabounty.com/blog/post/2798/disaronno-shortlist ] Seem to be in the actual order of the winners as detailed above.

Mebe try and mix it up next time? ; )

Renata Lourenço on 26/12/2011

I didn't receive my award. Already sent an e-mail, but nothing...

Zac on 28/12/2011
