Brave - A Fairy Tale By Pixar

Pixar are at it again with their new movie “Brave”. It seems they are dipping their toe into the fairy tales genre, which is a Disney stronghold. It will be interesting to see how this computer generated movie compares to Disney’s more traditional fairy tale movies, one thing is for sure though, this “re-imagined” fairy tale type of movie is an original story.
The trailer introduces the Scottish characters and of course the lead red head girl. Packed with adventure and starring a ginger-haired girl and full of Pixar humour, this is going to be a block buster for sure.

Such a great trailer. After seeing the film, I noticed that the trailer doesn't reveal anything about the importance of the "bear" character (which I won't spoil here for fans who haven't seen it yet). I think that was probably a good move by Pixar, but since the film revolves around that plot point, it would have been better to prepare the audience more for it going in. Overall, really great movie!
