Nandos Want To Know - Are You From Mexico?

Sounds really cheesy, I know. None the less, this is the latest campaign developed by Nandos to highlight there participation in the 2010 Soccer World Cup. For all you non-soccer fans out there, Bafana Bafana (South Africa) will be playing against Mexico at Soccer City 16h00 tomorrow. The deal? Well if Mexico loses, Nandos will be willing to give a free meal to anyone wielding a Mexican passport.
This is exactly the type of Idea we really enjoy - topical and witty while at the same time supporting the Nandos brand 100%. To see what I mean check out some of their past advertising here. So being a South African myself im hoping Bafana Bafana can make us South Africans proud on 2 counts, that being beating the $%^ out of Mexico as well as feeding the Mexican tourists touring South Africa during the Soccer world cup!

The South African team plays very well. I am big support of Mexico but we deserve to lose game.

Alissa, don't be too hard on the Mexican team. I believe that Mexico had a better first half than Bafana Bafana. I am looking forward to seeing Hernandez in Manchester UTD colours in the forthcoming English Premiere League season.
